The crochet patterns will be sent by me personally after payment, to the email address you provided. You will also receive an email from the ordering system to say that your order has been shipped. I will send the pattern as soon as possible. 

The patterns are in the form of a PDF file, in the language you ordered. You need the Acrobat Reader program to open the file. It is free to download on adobe's website for both Mac and Windows.

Crochet patterns are personally sent by myself via e-mail, to the e-mail address that was filled in during the ordering process. It may happen that the e-mail ended up in the spam box (junk e-mail).

Can't figure it out? Feel free to send me a message via info@cbscreations.nl or via my FB page, and we will solve it together.

Before you send the order/contact form, check that your email address has been filled in correctly. In case of an incorrect email address, the order will not arrive. I can't contact you either.

• Try logging out again first and then logging back in again.
• Logging in to another device also sometimes wants to help, for example laptop, computer, mobile or iPad.
• It may also be the browser you are using.
• Also, a security program on your computer may block everything.
• If after these tips it is not possible to download the patterns, you can always contact me. I'll send the patterns again.

Crochet patterns are sent as PDF via e-mail without shipping costs.

Creations made as a result of the patterns of CB's Creations may be sold provided it remains hobby-based. This means that you are not allowed to sell the creations in large quantities.
