Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  1. Entrepreneur: CB’s Creations, based in the Netherlands, offering digital content to customers online.
  2. Customer: The natural person or legal entity who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.
  3. Digital content: Data produced and supplied in digital form, specifically PDF crochet patterns.
  4. Distance agreement: An agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer within the framework of an organized system for the distance sale of digital content, using exclusively one or more techniques for distance communication up to the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 3 - Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by CB’s Creations and to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.
  2. Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the customer (e.g., via the website) in a way that allows the customer to store it on a durable medium.

 

Article 4 - The Offer and Formation of the Agreement

  1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the digital crochet patterns offered to enable a proper assessment by the customer.
  2. The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and fulfills the corresponding conditions (completing the checkout and payment process).

 

Article 5 - Delivery and Execution of Digital Content

  1. CB’s Creations will execute accepted orders for digital products with the utmost speed.
  2. Delivery of digital content (PDF crochet patterns) is considered complete and fully executed as soon as the download link is made available on the screen immediately after payment and/or when the download link is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

 

Article 6 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Refund Policy)

  1. Due to the digital nature of the products, the statutory right of withdrawal and any 14-day cooling-off period are completely excluded for all digital PDF downloads purchased on this website.
  2. By finalizing the purchase, the customer explicitly consents to the immediate commencement of the execution of the agreement (the delivery of the digital download) and acknowledges that they thereby waive their right of withdrawal and refund.
  3. All sales of digital patterns are final.

 

Article 7 - Prices and Payment

  1. All prices stated on the website are in Euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise.
  2. The customer must complete payment using the payment methods provided during the checkout process on the website.
  3. The digital content will only be delivered after full payment has been successfully processed.

 

Article 8 - Intellectual Property & Copyright

  1. All intellectual property rights regarding the website, texts, character designs, images, logos, and supplied digital crochet patterns are exclusively owned by CB’s Creations.
  2. The digital crochet patterns sold and delivered by CB’s Creations are strictly for personal use only.
  3. The customer and any third parties are strictly prohibited from digitally or physically copying, reproducing, modifying, sharing, reselling, distributing, or commercially exploiting the patterns (or any parts thereof) without the express, prior written consent of CB’s Creations.

  

Article 9 - Conformity and Customer Support

  1. CB’s Creations guarantees that the digital content meets the specifications stated in the offer and reasonable standards of usability.
  2. If a digital PDF file is corrupted or does not open correctly, the customer should contact CB’s Creations via e-mail. CB’s Creations will make every effort to provide a working file as soon as possible.

 

Article 10 - Governing Law and Disputes

  1. Agreements between the entrepreneur and the customer to which these terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
  2. Any disputes arising from or related to these agreements shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
