If you also want to crochet this pattern around a styrofoam egg of 12 cm, I recommend taking acrylic yarn that you crochet with crochet hook 3 or 2.5. If you take thicker or thinner yarn, the crocheted work will not fit around the egg. Below is a summary of the materials I used for The Egg Brothers.
