Sitting little Elf that can swing. Addition to the amigurumi crochet pattern of Joy, the little Elf from Franklin Forge's camera

Joy, the sitting Elf from the camera, addition

Note:

This is in addition to the pattern of Joy, the Elf from Franklin Forge's camera.

You need the basic pattern of Joy, the little Elf to make this crochet pattern.

This time she is not crocheted in one piece, but her legs are separate, so that if you sew them to her body, she can also sit. Now she can swing!

She will be able to swing nicely in a children's room! But make her in Christmas colours and she is completely satisfied in your Christmas house. Or in beautiful pastel colours! She is then ready for Spring and Easter!

Materials used for Joy the sitting Elf:

You can use any brand of yarn you want for this crochet pattern. If you use thicker or thinner yarn, Joy will become slightly larger or smaller. You can then use a larger or smaller ring to let her swing in. Below is a summary of the materials that I used for the addition of this nice little Elf.

The materials used are the same as the pattern of Joy, the Elf from the camera.

I crocheted this Elf with a cerise colour. These are the other materials needed:

  • Iron ring, about 19cm in diameter.
  • Jute or sisal rope.
  • Green cotton to crochet the ivy
  • Cotton yarn for the flowers
  • Piece of cardboard to make a chair (I used a box of toothpaste)
  • Felt to cover the chair.
  • Glue gun and textile glue
  • Extra beads, ribbons etc. to decorate the ring.

The Elf will be 14cm tall
